Summer at 108 is an experience of smaller dishes based around the best ingredients the season has to offer. Each serving is meant to be enjoyed on it’s own, but is a part of a greater picture.
The menu is served in two parts – cold and hot.
Served for the whole table.

marinated in miso and last years truffles

in a sauce made from cep mushrooms, butter and hazelnuts

with basil and pine salt

7. LAMB LIVER

with toasted barley and beech nuts

8. GREEN PEAS

with lovage and pine shoots

with horseradish and rose hip seed oil
