Our head chef Kristian Baumann has designed a menu to ensure the best and most seasonal ingredients make it to your table. This year we are offering the following:

GILLARDEAU OYSTERS 

A COLD CREAM OF BAERII STURGEON

with caviar and rose hip seeds

BEETROOT SALAD

with salted green strawberries and fennel

STEAMED BAERII STURGEON

with soft celeriac and almonds

BROWN BEECH MUSHROOMS

in a broth of whole roasted chicken 

BAKED BINTJE POTATO

glazed in caramelized scallops 

A PORRIDGE OF GRAINS

with smoked egg yolks and cheese

RABBIT FROM VARDE ÅDAL

with black trumpet mushrooms

TOASTED BARLEY MOUSSE

with hazelnut and Autumn truffles 

PUMPKIN SEED ICE CREAM

with pumpkin caramel

PETIT FOURS

With this delectable menu, we are also including a glass of champagne on arrival, 5 glasses of wine to pair with the meal, as well as coffee/tea, avec, and water.

Price per person: 2,750 DKK

The restaurant will close at 11pm to make sure you have time to go to the party you want before the clock strikes midnight!
